Gentlemen! Hope the off-season prep is taking shape. I bet pre-season can’t come quickly enough. A few notable dates for your calendars:

· Pre-season gets underway at Maidstone on Thurs 21 Jan 7-9pm.
· All players 1st, Reserves, and Thirds welcome. If you’re aware of anyone that is keen to come to play competitively with us then by all means invite them.
· Then, every Tuesday and Thursday to follow starting at 7.30pm.

Additional pre-season dates:

· Sun 24 and 31 Jan 9am @ Maidstone
· Sun 7 Feb 9am @ Maidstone
· Sat 13 Feb 9am @ Maidstone, with BBQ/information session to follow
· Sun 21 Feb Hilton Petone.

We hope that you’re making an effort and that you are taking advantage of the recent post around aerobic and muscular endurance, we’ll put your core strength and stability to task by kicking off the season with some game-based sessions.
