Our Upper Hutt City Car Sales Men’s 1st team kicks off its 2013 Chatham Cup campaign with a tricky home tie against Miramar Rangers at Maidstone. We shared the points with a 10-man Miramar a couple of weeks ago in the league but Coach Pedro reckoned our boys dropped their intensity with the Miramar sending off. Should be a good game so get along to Maidstone and cheer them on.
There were goals galore in our 2nds game against Wests last week. Our boys eventually lost 3-5 but on a positive note, the youngsters are just getting better and better every week. Local derby this week against Lower Hutt’s 3rd team which lost 0-3 to Douglas Villa last weekend.
Our thirds will also be looking to bounce back following a 2-4 loss to Island Bay. They also take on a Lower Hutt team, the Ancient Ones, at Fraser Park.
And on Sunday, our table-topping U17s take on a Kapiti Coast Utd team languishing at the foot of the table with no points after 4 games.
